Our Executive Team

Silvia is the President of Doc events US and leads our Diversity and Inclusion efforts. She has more than 20 years’ experience in business development, PR, and event management.

Silvia founded our Italian office in Florence in 2008 and moved to the US in 2010. She has the ability to develop strong work relationships with individuals at all levels. Her professional background reflects extensive experience in directing, managing, assisting and hosting a wide range of functions and departmental activities globally. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Marta is the General Manager of the Italian office and lead Operations in Europe from the Florence’s office.

She has been managing events since the company opened in 2008, focusing on business development in Europe, and the Emirates. Her strong suit is overcoming any and all kinds of cultural and linguistic barriers. She graduated with a degree in Business Economics from the University of Florence. 

Francesco is the group CFO/COO and leads our ESG program.

Francesco has 20-years corporate experience in Procurement and Supply Chain developed in IBM M&M/Mars Inc. and Bed Bath and Beyond. His ability to manage multidisciplinary tasks in different business areas, is instrumental in the development of new business services (Virtual and hybrid events’ production as well as Sustainability certifications). Francesco sits on different boards: Eventboost Inc., Diversity Alliance for Science and Rutger’s M.Sc. in Healthcare Analytics & Intelligence Program advisory boards.

Alysse is employee #1, being first employee hired by Doc events  2006.  With 30+ years’ worth of “hands-on” meeting management experience, she has planned for meetings and events from as small as Advisory Board meetings to city-wide conferences such as the San Diego ComicCon and the New York Marathon.
She brings a level of customer service and attention to detail that is truly appreciated by our clients and attendees alike. Alysse is HMCC certifed and is our go-to person for compliance and CMS reporting.
